Be careful when prying on those bodies you might pop something off that you didn't want to.
squirt some penetrating oil around each one and tap on the bodies. Give the oil time to work. A week or so. Tap on each one everyday if possible, and add more oil. I did this on a big block Chevy with stuck lifters used WD-40 and it worked!
