400 injector removal

Found an old diesel head that had been laying around and I'm stripping to see if it is good. I only paid 20 bucks for it, but hope it is good. Is there a special tool or any certain way to remove these injectors? The fuel delivery part came out okay, but the actual injectors are stuck tight. Should I just heat them or what? Thanks
