Don't have any of those dimensions. However, why don't you try to get a replacement brake drum from a salvage yard. It should be easy to find one in decent condition. If you have to take much off the drum to clean it up, you are going to have trouble with the brake bands being too long, thus taking most or all of your adjustment.
