There are a few ways to do it. The main thing to understand is that the image you want to ad to a post needs to be on a server thats on the internet. On your computer does not count. You 1st need to upload the image to a server so that it can ( serve ) it to the web pages to be viewed. In order to do that you need find a server to store your image. You can upload it to this site and copy the URL to yopur post to be viewed. Here is another way. Go here: http://photobucket.com This is a free server that allows you to upload images that can then be viewed on the internet. After you set up a account and read a few tutorials. You should then be able to upload a image to this server. After you have done that you will see this.
Notice that I have drawn a arrow to the URL line. This is the URL address that web pages need to know to show your Image. You need to copy this. You can write it down or a better way is to use you mouse and left click and hold the botton down wile dragging the curser along the letters you want to copy. This high lights them. Once highlighted. You then right click your mouse and choose ( Copy) from the options that are shown. this stores the things you have just copied to a unseen place called the clip boad. Next go to your post that you want to add the image to.
Notice I have drawn a arrow to the box you need to copy the URL address to. Put you mouse curser into the open field part of the box and do a quick left click to get the typing line into it. Then right click and choose (Paste) This takes the URL address you had copied to the clip boad and auto types it in to this box. WALA!!! you have just added a photo to your post. Practice this a few times until you can do it with ease. Now you can start to take advantage of the whole new world that has just opened up to you on this world wide information highway. Then you can learn how to add more than one image or link them to other pages ect ect ect.
