I had a machine shop cut me a puck. The larger outside dia, is 3.663 and the step is 3.547. These are the spec's out of the OTC catalog and it worked great. I would have had it running today but the manifold gasket that came with the gasket set is the sandwich type that's for the newer 291's and it will not seal the intake ports on a 263. The 263 takes one thats a peice of embossed tin with round sealing rings on each side for the intake ports. I guess its only avaible thru CIH so it will be tuesday before I can get one.
