Remote Hydraulic Controls on 330U

A control lever on my 330u was broken and a piece of the lever is stuck between the hydraulic control blocks on the right side of the seat. Can I remove them without losing fluid or should I wait to do this when I replace the fluid. When I do remove and replace them, will I need new gaskets or o-rings?
