Well if they are UNDER the rad then they are your Steering lines and it is not uncommon for them to rust thru on tractors that have not been taken care of . So you will have to replace them with new lines or good used one . Now if the leak is up on the top left then they are your oil cooler lines and they are low pressure Hdy. rubber lines and just may need the claps tightened or the lines may be hard as a rock and need replaced ( DON'T cross them when replacing them . And ya fill the hdy oil thru the dip stick in the floor plate buy you right foot ( don't pull that dipstick out with the engine running and try and put it back in you stand a real good chance that you will get into a couple of gears in the transmission and it will not only EAT THE DIPSTICK but break gears. And it takes HY Tran.
