As tractor vet said, they are lines to power steering. New ones should be available from Case/IH dealer. Or look for a good hydraulic hose fabricator/repair shop in your area. Many such shops can fabricate steel tubing hydraulic lines identical to what you need . Just take yours to the shop for them to use as a pattern. I have found it to be less costly than dealer.
