H Block Plugs

Found a block today to replace one with cracked cylinder wall. The freeze plug just above the rear crank bearing is eaten up from rust. The cap over the cam looks solid, and there are two additional plugs (one front and one rear) at the top of the block that appear to be solid. Is it advisable to replace all plugs while its torn down? Are the two plugs at the top of the block also freeze plugs? Haven't been this deep in an engine before so will try limiting dumb questions during the overhaul attempt! Thanks
