Drew, Did you go through the whole procedure in the manual on setting the linkages on the gas/diesel switching system? If you didn't get those set right you may not have the "flippers" closing like someone else said or some other parts might not be making completely. I remember on my MD setting the linkages with a feeler gauge at several points. Roger
