Magnum finished finally-pics

I started the day after Christmas and worked pretty much steady every day. I took the head off to try to track down an antifreeze- in -oil problem, among other things. Man, that took a lot of hours! Finally got it back together and washed and waxed even. I won"t know if it took care of the problem until spring, although I have a "good feeling" about it. Good things: Major oil leak in timing cover area fixed Starts better cold now that inj pump is timed correctly. (it was off by one gear tooth) New seat in cab Hood lifts easier (new lift cylinder) inside of engine looks good not-so-good: expensive brake component didn"t entirely fix slow brakes still leaks hy-tran from an undisclosed location under cab (tranny rebuilt last year, ~$6000) Steering hyd cylinders leak a bit. temp sending unit wire needs replacing-it"s grounding somewhere. It"s an ongoing process, same as my old tractors, just way more costly and complicated! But "aint it purdy? Paul
