The hub on the damper pulley probably has a groove caused from the old seal rubbing that area. You're probably looking a least a full day's work and if you have problems it could be longer. The hood, grille and radiator needs to be removed just to reach the damper pulley. The pulley is probably a press fit. Be careful when pulling the damper it's easy to break the pulley flanges. Use a split bearing separator and pull from that. My manual says to remove complete front end assy, fan assy,governor assy and on Super C's the water pump needs to be removed too. I'm sure I haven't covered everything. You had better take some pictures as you do the teardown so can go back and look at pictures if you get stuck reinstalling everything. Hal
