It is located on the lower right hand corner behind the MCV it is a plastic plug with a tet and a small spring that looks like a ball point pen spring and this holds fluid to the steering and brakes when the engine is shut off . It is real easy to loose the spring if one does not know that it is there when you remove the MCV . and caution must be used when replacing the MCV i like to use 4 long guide studs to slide it on stright and even and watch that spring as the MCV come in contact. with it as not to kink it.
