I just recently purchased on too. My guess is around 1959. Just finished rewind the generator, starting motor and rebuilding the carb. Fired off on the first push of the starter button! It is in great shape, just need to check out the voltage regulator, I don't think that is working. My sediment bowl also will not completely close off the flow of fuel. My serial number is 4961 J.
