People glow on this site about IH 2150 paint. I thought it was greatest thing I ever used when I painted my C 5 years ago. I even though about repainting my truck with it. However, a couple years down the road, fuel, coolant, oil stains are horrible. I even can tell a difference in the color of the block to the color of the clutch housing. The block has turned more orange than the rest of the tractor. I think what people like about it is that it is cheap. You cannot expect it to last very long if you use it like a tractor. If you just show it, it may be fine. But if I were showing one only, I would still want automotive paint because I can make it shine better and clear over the decals to make it a uniform surface.
