Yes, I stand corrected about the term “two point hitch”, I was using it loosely in reference to the lift arms. It does seem logical that the levers could be used to possibly lock one of the arms into position for a plow or one set of cultivators however, I do remember the old farmer I worked for using this tractor to cultivate his garden and he used the levers in addition to the touch-controls when cultivating. Unfortunately, being 16 at the time, I didn’t pay much attention to their use and he’s since passed on. A friend of mine’s 48 SA also has these levers but he isn’t sure of their purpose either (and he’s a vegetable farmer!). The SA repro-owner’s manual I bought does not have the rear lift arms as a described feature. Is there a model # so that I might be able to find a manual somewhere?
