What's Implement-What's Tractor

I am selling a set of cultivators for a Farmall A. I have the manual lift that mounts to the floor board that raises the two-point shaft that picks up the cultivators that cleans up after the tractor tire. I also have the belly lift that is two levers to the left of the steering colum - one to lift both side and one that lifts the left side only. Are these lift assemblies part of the tractor or part of the cultivator? I might need the belly lift if I get a belly mower later on.
