WD-9 has dry sleeves so cavitation-erosion is probably not what is happening. Blown head gasket or a cracked head. Had the same thing happen to me with a W-9 gas. Ran good and drove it around several times for around 1/2 or so at a time. Then one day it was running and blew water out the exhaust - had so much rust built up in the head that water couldn't flow around the combustion chambers like it should and it developed a hot spot and cracked. Went through 3 more heads before I found one that wasn't cracked...
