stupid wheel weights

over the past few days, I have been trying (without much success) to take the wheel weights on my 300 off. They haven't been touched in 35-40 years... yeah. The problem is the bolts have rusted up also the backs of the weights that keep the bolts from turning have been striped out. I have gotten 2 of the 6 off. Why 6? Because we used this tractor for over 30 years as the loader tractor. We retired about 8 years ago for a Massey-Ferguson 1135. Yup, it did the same work as the 1135. So any ideas on those wheel weights.
