I had posted photos of my 1927 Regular with road rims a few months back. If you saw these - they were shop made.

I measured the OD - lug to lug - and had a steel shop roll the rings. For the rear I used 1/8"x4". Next time 3/16". I made a clamp for the ends from angle and 1/2" bolts to tighten. I cut lug high lengths of 1" steel pipe. Then I bolted the ring through the pipe spacers and holes in the wheel. The spacers allowed me to cinch it down tight. Then bolted a strip of old tire lug over the top.
