Bill, That would be an interesteing looking tractor. Not sure where they would have found the tall spindles to fit a C-230 WF. Could have been from an AV?. I'd be interested in a photo as well as others would be too. The 00-30 series HC were 100 and 130. No 200-230 were IH factory. The 100-130 HC's has Hi-Clear stainless emblems just below the numbers on the hood. Although this might be one-of-a-kind, it likely has "shade-tree roots.
