Yep, Old's right. If the adjust screws don't do much except for at the extreme ends of their range, then something is still clogged in the body dispite all your good, hard work. Did you pull the jet tube?...or soak it with the tube intact?...or replace the jet tube with one that came in the kit? I got an H at auction and litterally spent hours carving the dirt in and out of the carb before soaking it and hosing it down with cleaner. Had to take it off again cause once on the tractor, it clogged itself up again.
