AI piston and sleeve info??

as you all may know i recently broke a piston sleeve doing and install. well i found one from A&I and i have been trying to call anyone and everyone to find out some info on this. they either have no idea or say they will call right back. that was 4 days ago. so. does anyone happen to know if this https://www.aicatalog.com/index.cfm?id=Brand7&item=SD12S is a 3 7/8 or 4 inch bore? its part number A-SD12S im clueless. no one can seem to help me at all. i dont want to order it if its wrong. my m is a 45.Thanks!!
