I was off on my number for a starter home. There is one right across the street from where I work in an OK neighborhood (some nicer houses, but mostly run-down trailers) that is currently being built. Looks to be around 1400 square feet with a 2 stall garage on a small lot... Called up the realtor, $239,900. I hung up on her... $20k is nothing these days.
