I would have to agree with the other guys here. A Super C might be able to pull the baler, but it would not be fun and might even be dangerous depending on operator experience and terrain. I ran our 124 Massey baler on our W6 when the other tractors were tied up. With a decently full wagon and moderately thick hay, it got a pretty good workout. The governor kicked in every time the plunger would hit the hay. To get it going, you will need to back up and give it a running start like someone else said. If you plan on pulling a wagon and running the baler with the tractor, I don't think it would work.
