The boy have it about covered , but when wahing out the cylinder bore ya scrub till it starts to rust then ya know it is free of all oil and grit then i rinse it whip it with a clean rag and then i coat a rag with just plain old oil and wipe it down . I have the special bore brushes for the block and cranks and a real good pair of rubber gloves because i use HOT water i mean real hot water to cut the grease and oil and a real strong soap water mix use to use steam cleaner soap but it burned the skin tomuch and went with mr clean or what ever and trippel the mix and put it together . A littel surface stain rust will not hurt a thing .
