Rusty from what i see there is only about 10-15% of that gear that is wore off from draggen it in and beleive me i have seen worse that still hold so there is other issues here that are being over looked so if it jumping out then like i said i would take a closer look at the other factors before i started throwen parts around now if the shift collar is wore witch i did not see or the shift fork is wore or the out put shaft looks bad or was set incorrectly then it will not stay in and even if ya do replace that gear and there is still the other parts that were over looked it will not last long before it starts doing it again but since i can not look at it myself and do some massureen .
