You take the left tire and rim with the center and move it to the right side and then the one on the right goes on the left that way the dish is out and the tires are going the right direction. There is nothing wrong with the way they are now just what are you going to do with tractor. Sounds like you are inexperienced with tractor operation or you would know how to space tread width maybe you should get some help from another owner with an H
