Ahh, Steel sleeves and aluminum pistons. They well stick faster that anything. I like to use Marvels Mystery Oil and # 2 Fuel mixed half and half. After you get it loose keep putting oil in it and keep turning the engine over for about 4 or 5 days before you try to start it. That helps get the rings loose. When you try to get it started, take the air hose off from the carburetor and squirt Mystery oil into the carburetor just as soon as it starts for a few minutes. This will get the top end lubed up.
