I was just at a consignment auction last weekend near Mora, MN and I was amazed at the tractor prices. Some tractors didn't sell; because they had a minimum bid and they didn't get it, but a restored Super MTA (I don't know how well restored other than it looked good on the outside) sold for over $8000. A junker Super MTA sold for about $3000 (it was in bad shape). That was the sale where they tried to sell a Minneapolis Moline UDLX (not restored and missing some parts) for $100,000, but "only" got a $80,000 bid so they didn't sell it. They had several demonstrator Farmalls including a Cub, Super A, and C that brought in the $6000 to over $9000 for the Cub. There was a guy in front of me that looked like he had money and was going to buy these two Cockshut tractors no matter what the bid was. He paid over $5000 for each. There were over 600 bid numbers at this auction. On the other side, there were some restored regular H's and M's that they couldn't get over $2000 for. Roger
