Frank: Got the parts book right here in front of me. It looks to me like two piece hub, having two halves that bolt together and the same bolts hold the wheel on. Inside that are two bearings, (I'd call them bushings) that have a pin go through the axle between the two. I assume that pin holds the whole assembly on. Those bearings appear to have a notch that fits around pin, thus holdng them from turning, that would force hub to turn on the bearings. Does it look like that sounds. If you wish to e mail me I can send you the part numbers. I doubt if there is anyway to tighten that, other than by use of shims. The book shows 5 differnt wheels, the steel are as I described. There are rubber tire options and they have tapered roller bearings. If you want part numbers may I suggest you find a couple of numbers so I know which diagram to use.
