H4 International Magneto on a Farmall M

We have a 1941 M Farmall. It was not running properly so I looked at the magneto rotor and cleaned the contacts, however, it seems that the rotor is very loose and must wobble when it is running.

I checked out a website that has information on the H4 magneto and found that the rotor must fit snug. Is there some way we could bush ours so it would be snug or will we just need to obtain a new rotor.

Would appreciate any advice from those that are familiar with the H4 mag.
