Restoration quality paint

Tractor Supply company now carries a new line of "restoration quality" paint that matches the correct IH red color. The paint is manufactured by valspar. They claim that with the use of harderned, you will get a quality automotive type finish. I have always been told that valspar is not the hightest quality restoration paint. I was wondering if anyone knew if this new line of paint is really "restoration quality."
