With all the older Fast Hitch mowers the actual hitch was set constant during mowing and a pull rod for lifting cutter bar went to one of the rockshafts on the left side of fuel tank.

All these mowers are so much alike, you would have very little problem if you had a C-28 manual. It is much like these tractors themselves. You buy a manual for a 200, it will give you quite good info all the way back to the C. I lost the manual for my SA, it is of little consequence as manuals for 130 and 140 give all I need plus they cover items not on the SA.
