52 Farmall Super A Final Drive Question

Just got my final drives back from the machine shop where I had them cleaned and glass beaded. They looked great but I noticed some castin differences so I decided to look at the dates on the casting marks. Couldn"t read them before all the crud was removed. One had a W and the other a B. Asside from one having some slightly raised ribs and the other being smooth on the outside they look identical. Would it be better for me to look for a matching final drive or am I being too stuck on it being original? Hopefully the bearings I ordered last week will fit. I"ll take a micrometer to it this weekend. Thanks in advance
