Mornin Kevin, Its up to you on the originality issue. The easiest way to check, is like you say, mike up the bearings from both sides. Im pretty sure they should be the same. When the rear tires are installed, especially if you have the rims dished in you cant hardly see those casting ribs anyway. Those final drives are not cheap either, so once again up to you! scotty
