I am overhauling a c123 for my Super A. I want to put a dipstick in it. There is a boss in the casting for a dipstick that I can drill. There is supposed to be a tube that is inserted into the block that holds the dipstick, according to my parts manual. The tube is no longer available from IH and JP salvage didn't have any, probably impossible to remove without destroying it. Can someone give me some dimensions of their dipstick tube so I can try to make one? length of tube extending from block- outside diameter- inside diameter- anything else I might need, I've never seen one. Thanks alot Jack
