About the time the Nebraska Test Lab was testing the 60 & Super M's they did a Torque rating on those tractors. They only did that for a couple years, seems like '52, '53, & '54. This supposed TORQUE the old 2-cylinder tractors have sure didn't prove out in the Official Test results I've seen. I've spent Thousands of hours on those old beasts, both red & green and I know that if You lug one of those old 2-cyl. tractors down till You can read the lettering on the flywheel they appear to out-lug a Farmall but the higher torque output of the Farmall, and the torque rise of the engine will prevail, either on the pulling track or getting you thru the tough spot plowing. As far as Pounds/Feet of torque at peak torque engine RPM the Super H actually beat the 60. Maybe those old 2-cyl. deeres didn't like the PTO dyno..... they all hated everything ELSE I ever hooked to the PTO of one of the darned things!
