A Super C will handle a baler and wagon, presuming the tractor is in good shape. I'd be careful on the hills but I wouldn't hesitate a minute to bale with a Super C. As a much younger man I baled thousands of bales with a H Farmall, a 14T John Deere baler, and loaded the wagons to about 130 bales per load. The only time we had any trouble was when the sidehills were so steep the bales would slide off the side of the wagon. Then we'd drop the bales and come back later with the wagon to load them. I'd say "go for it".
