My tire guy always repairs with rim on tractor. He has an air driven bead breaker but only uses it when he has to. On my 300U he just jacked it up and whacked it at the bead with a maul and the bead popped right loose. Then worked the tire off with a couple (well worn)spoons, did the repair and stuck it back on the same way. He was finished within 20 minutes and wasnt here more than 30 minutes.
