Thanks for the offer but, i think i got it!! What i did was, left the mag bolted to the housing and pulled the mag and drive gear housing in one unit. I set #1 to TDC rolled the rotor too the #1 plug term. reinstalled the thing,rolled mag till i heard the SNAP. pluged in the #1 plug wire and started her up, then connected the rest of the plug wires."Sounded like a Beast" then i proceeded to brush hog a 3 acer field in 4th gear with no problem other than some white smoke. But when i got this thing it was only running on one cyl; and for no telling how many years, so i figure there is some build up in the other three that it is burning off.
