Roy: I'd have to go with the C-113 or C-123 idea, might even be a C-135 but don't think they were on market by 1954. The governor and oil filter base are definately from the engines I mentioned. Most likely it is a C-123 as Kieth mentioned. That block will bolt up to your SA.
