Well, farmall thought it mattered because they enginered the tractor that way and in the parts manuel you ordered them that way. Also, it was time consuming trying each hole to see if it took the long bolts. The answer to where they went was they were on both sides of the stud in the rear surrounding the main bearing. Why? I could only speculate. OH! THANKS TO THOSE WHO SENT ME THE ANSWER.
