Dry out/blow off your plugs. Then turn the gas on and count to 50 or so. Then turn the gas off and try to start your engine. If it starts turn you gas on fast and you will probably be good to go till the next time. You probably have a float thats sticking of a little junk in the needle seat area of them carb. A lot of time start it in that way will clear up the problem and a lot of time it will not. But its a way to get it going if you need to.
