I have a leak on the throttle shaft on the engine side of the pump. It's always worse when the weather is cold. I guess the seal/o ring shrinks.
Someone had told me about the return tube on the backside of the pump, I believe, but I got the pump turned so I could check it and that wasn't the problem. When I force the throttle up and a little the drip turns into a small stream, so it pretty well points to the throttle shaft seal.
Question is what is the seal on the shaft (block side) and does it have to be installed from the inside of the pump or does it press in from the outside?
