706 need help again?

have had a lot of help on here and i really aprriciate it.have rebuilt carb ,set float but still have gas running out card throat and will only run if choke on is it the carb or something else im over looking.dont know what else to try .again thanks for all the help.especially eltoro and tractor vet.
