A word of warning--you have had a good dose of isocyanates. There is NO charcoal mask, 3M or otherwise that is certiified for hardened paint, unless the concentration is very low such as in a professional downdraft paint booth. If by ventilator, you mean supplied air, you are ok. Supplied air is the only thing that works. I did not know that 3M made one.
