Lot of people forget the coupler, The coupler has to be able to slide in an out with out bindeing. The coulper and tow vehical need to be level, if the coupler is not releasing ( extending back out) it won't draw the fluid back to the master cyl. (draw for lack of better word) simple system just go back to the basics. Have a good day
