You may have pulled the center out of the disk or it is the trans inputshaft. OR ya got bigger problems back behind the transmission . like a bad spider gear , wiped out ring gear bolts broken axel what ever it is it is nothing that money won't fix and since i can not check it for myself or hear where the grinding noise is comming from start at the clutch and work your way back from there even though you looked up in at the clutch that is not a sure thing as all you can see is the PTO shaft as the transmission shaft is inside that and looken up thru the hole ya ain't going to see much.
