I have not read the other replies, so these are unbiased facts about my dealer. I have had no problems that were the part guys fault and very few others. The dealer keeps very few parts for the older tractors. They come from the distribution center in Kansas City. If ordered by 10 AM they are at the dealer at opening the next day. Otherwise it takes 2 or 3 days to get them from whereever they are. I always ask the dealer if they are in Kansas City, they almost always are. Good personnel, no goofing off, no problems. I have parts manuals, and give them the number, I very seldom have them look anything up. This speeds the process. Thus my $5-$200 order gets the same attention as some guy spending several hundred or several thousand $$.
